Eye Lid Lift Patient #14

This is a 47-year old woman who presented to Dr. Sweis with concerns regarding her upper eyelids. She underwent a bilateral upper blepharoplasty with removal of the extra skin and a small strip of the orbicularis muscle to better sculpt the eyelid crease. She did not have excess intra-orbital fat to address. This procedure was performed under local anesthesia in our Northbrook office. The patient was fully awake and tolerated the surgery very well. Her photos are shown before surgery and 4 months after the bilateral upper blepharoplasty.
